Core Transformation
We experience Core Transformation as one of the very best methods for supporting physical health. It’s well-known that stress takes a toll on the body, and contributes to a great number of illnesses. Thus, resolving emotional issues that cause stress can support our body’s natural abilities to heal.
Core Transformation gets results with a wide range of issues, often including those on which a person has already “tried everything” and nothing has worked. So, Core Transformation can help us resolve pretty much all of the emotional issues that can cause stress and affect our health, including: inner conflict, trauma, limiting beliefs, grief, anger, guilt/shame, depression, anxiety, self-punishment, and more.
